Why no evidence of violations?

my son got a weeks ban for supposedly making misogynistic comments this is a child with special needs that your lucky if you get one word messages yet apparently he sent a whole message that I can’t find in his messages folder. I asked for Xbox to show
me the evidence of this as at time they claim he did it he wasn’t even on the Xbox at the time and as a responsible parent his only allowed it downstairs where I can see and hear all that goes on. Now I’ve asked nicely for the evidence as if he has done it
I wish to also give him consequences for his actions but I will not do that without evidence and if you have banned without evidence I find this unfair

And prejudicial as anyone can make up claims without having to supply evidence

Console ban

i have just been console banned and would like to know why, there isnt any evidence or reason to why ive been banned, ive also been suspended from xbox live for cheating and theres no evidence of that but ill wait for the 2 weeks to be over but getting
console with no evidence is abit extreme and for fetched, i can provide evidence of my console no being modded in anyway, please help me and look in to it as its unfair because there is alot of people out there who mod and dont get banned for doing so but
its always those who dont mod who get in trouble...

The current issue is that it is not clear whether the rules have been violated, as there is no evidence to prove the violation. In this situation, no one knows why their account is banned! What did my account do? Why? Why is it not prohibited for 3 days, 7 days, and 15 days in the options? Directly permanently prohibited?

Even if it is found out that the enforcement was not warranted? I don't mean to come off as a jerk but everyone deserves to know why they are banned so they can learn from it.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review. As you've already done that and they upheld their decision, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

Thanks for the speedy info. I understand now that you are not affiliated with the enforcement detail. I chatted with multiple agents and they rhought this would be the best avenue to proceed with. Can you direct me to someone in enforcemant detail because
all I have received is a no reply Email address?
