    Why no Bonus Content with Preordered movie


    I Preordered the movie Rogue One on Mar 13, 2017

    I got the movie fine when it released digitally on the 24th, but none of the Bonus content

    Please explain, and fix

    Issue with recent movie purchase

    Hello, I preordered a digital copy of Deadpool via the Movies & TV section. (Order # 567453557453204041) but it does not include any of the bonus content like deleted scenes, gag reel, etc. It's the same purchase price and title (Deadpool+Bonus) as the version
    available on release date. Any idea why the additional content is missing?

    Movie Bonuses

    Where can I find the movie bonuses on the Xbox movie app? I preordered Avengers infinity war and it showed that it downloaded the bonuses, but I can’t find them on the movie and tv app for Xbox one.

    People used to preorder to ensure they got a copy but now it is for bonus content.
