Why my Xbox take a clip on "Y" Help me

Hey mate,

To take a screenshot, double tap the xbox button on your controller, and then push "Y" to take a screen shot. To take a video clip, you would push "X" instead of "Y"

The basis for his idea is that on the Xbox 360 there was no double tap to go anywhere, you pushed the button for the guide menu (Snap Menu now) and when the menu was up you pushed Y to go to the dashboard.

Currently on the Xbox One you can do this with the X button to record a clip, but there is nothing for the Y button.

Simple take away the double tap feature (which only works 75% of the time for me) and make it so if you want to go home you push Xbox Button then push Y.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums based on your description you have given us, I would recommend you try Factory reset your console:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. select keep game sand apps

tip: take it out of the box and use it that way you dont even have ti interupt your game to record that 30 second clip.
