Why my guarantee is expired?

Device not starting since few days.

Date of guarantee is wrong, I have a purchase document, I can not request an exchange of accessory.

Hello. Usually, the console has a warranty of one year from purchase.

However, Microsoft can't know when a console is being sold in a store.

So their warranty time starts counting from the day the console left their storage.

However, if you can provide a receipt that shows that the console was bought later, and that you are still within that one year warranty period from the day of the purchase according to the receipt, you need to
contact the official support, and they can give you the proper warranty treatment.

I think I can say, the single reason why I am keeping my xbox is to play BF3, I will get a PS4 guaranteed.
