    Why my Xbox gamer tag hasn’t changed


    Hi i was just wondering ive payed for my gamertag on xbox to change its been 48 hours and tried reseting my xbox and nothings worked and its still coming up as my old user name on the xbox site but the new one is on my box but it has two names aswell on
    it how do i fix it

    Can you please try to change your Gamertag again? Try on this link: https://social.xbox.com/en-us/changegamertag

    If the Gamertag change fee hasn't been used yet, you won't be charged again.

    if you have a generic gamertag there is no doubt a dupe version and that is why. If not, it's most likely just failed and Microsoft will refund you
