Why my xbox 360 update keeps going wrong?

You can try an update using a USB flash drive.

Download this file

Unzip it and copy all the contents to a formatted USB storage device.

When you have the USB device ready with the downloaded content, plug it into a USB port on the Xbox 360 console.

Reboot the console.

When the console restarts, the installation program will start automatically. Select Yes to update the new console software.

why do you keep telling us to go to the forums above when they don't work been waiting 14 days to get a proper answer had 2 updates and things going wrong with xbox and your customer service tell you to post them here when you phone them

I have been informed that there is nothing wrong with my Xbox 360 as the update is being rolled out, why they are doing this with this dashboard update is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. You wouldn't expect MS to run a second rate service, it's
been a whole week nearly.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my television because it ran Netflix just fine before the system update. It also runs perfectly on my Xbox 360. My television is capable of running Full HD 1080p because that was one of the specifications for why I
decided to purchase it.
