Why my windows 10 pro doesnt work properly

I have some problems of taskbar, profile and it doesnt found settings files. I tried today to change my background and it says "We dont found files" or something like that, even windows button doesnt work. So i wanna ask for u what i need to do to get my windows working properly. I tried everything what i found in Internet and yeah. Then profile. It says that i need to sign out so i dont lost any files or something like that. So, when i sign out and back in, same thing starts. Please help me to fix this problem.

Download the Windows ISO from this website.

1- Open the file, click “YES”

2 - You will see “Getting a few things ready”

3 - Click I accept

4 - Under “ what do you want to do?” Choose “Create installation media”

5 - Select language

6 - “choose which media to use” pick “ ISO file”

7 - Choose on which folder you want it to be

8 – Click on “Finish”

9 – Locate where you want to download the folder

8 – Open the folder and click on “Setup” at the bottom

9 – Click YES, and then NEXT

10 – Let it run all the needed updates and then click on ACCEPT (Getting updates)

11 – Click INSTALL

Your solution seems to work for Windows 10 Pro and not for Windows 10 Home.

the problem is that the PC doesnt show any error regarding sh-s223c

, and yet the dvd is not read even though CD do.

1. - 4., 6.,10. I'm testing controller on PC. windows 10

5. works perfectly with PC, samsung galaxy s7 and PS4 pro

7. another headset works greate with controller

8. tested by wire. no battery.

9. I don't want to buy one. there is not guaranty. Is this adapted required? Why then headset start to work properly when i'm using workaround mentioned in the link? all
previous headsets works greatly without adapter. Besides there is already 3.5mm hole.
