    You have 15,500 Credits it says like this.. but everything is upto date

    Rewards not crediting?!

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Rewards not crediting?!

    Hello xCharlllotte,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least £200 GBP or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). While you do have Credits
    pending that you can see on this page, you can only request a deposit at a minimum of 1000 pending Credits, so those Credits have not been deposited as currency.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another
    team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Since you are not a Rewards Member, you are not eligible for any Rewards offers. This is why you did not receive Rewards Credits for that purchase.

    Hello Pikaricha,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive new activity. That is why the FAQ for this offer states:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since your purchase was on the 20th, it was not processed and Rewarded until yesterday. These pending Credits can be viewed from your MyRewards page.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you're wondering why it was deposited, credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits
