Why my money isn't on my XBOX?

Bump for help, I don't understand why Microsoft isn't interested in taking my money...

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month (this month it was scheduled for the 12th).

We must ensure that the in-game currencies are successfully purchased under the correct account. Please follow the steps below and check if you can see the transactions stated as "completed":

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that still didn't work, you may need to reach out to Rockstar Support to have them check the transactions.
