Why my girlfriend account lock

could you please tell me what are the violation of my girlfriends ms account? that account is only using for mine craft PE and we ddnt open a couple days now the account has been ban due to a violation? in what specific way or act of violation for that account to be ban, we buy the game to play and have fun after our work yet this happens. are not playing regularly are violations? giving an logn article wont give us clarification, i/we just need to know what kind of violation for my gf account has been made to be locked? we just want to play a fun minecraft game thank you.... PS the account is on the img i uploaded.

If you are able to provide your basic account information as well as your secret question and/or provide the last 4 digits of any CC that has ever been on your account, then support will be able to lock your account and suspend your subscription. If you
can't provide this information, then support can't lock and suspend & it'll have to wait until investigations gets it.

I'm in the same situation...

I called them.

This is what I found:

-My account is under a semi-lock (I can't purchase stuff)

-Once the investigation team takes control, it will be a full lock

I'm still able to play 1 week after I called.

I'm calling tomorrow to get an update
