Why my game still shows voice chat restrictions but I haven't said anything bad

ill also add the in game voice chat will be disabled. it is unknown if party chat will be disabled on the 360. I know major drawback, but once you experience the game you will know why they went that route. I guess if I had anything bad to say about
the original would be voice acting and story line. voice is bad and story line is almost lame and nonexistent. but that was demons. dark may be different.

Oh well, thanks for the info. But still wondering, why can't I see it in marketplace/game search? Still haven't done the restriction thing. Said it will take a few hours to change the restrictions so won't be able to check until morning.

My question is how do you investigate something that was supposinly said in a party. Are all voice chats recorded. My son was banned for some reason and we dont know why. He has only beennplaying with me and he has not said or done anything. So was
he banned just because someone got upset and decided to report him falsely. As the ban was from voice communication i can only assume it was for something he said which is not possible. Also why dont we receive a message pitlining why you were banned.

Okay i tried it but dont change anything. Still doesnt work voice game chat while skype is on.
