Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.

I don’t have any way to contact the seller. It just doesn’t make sense to me why is a console banned. There should at least be a comprehensive explanation.

Hi, I am Iranian and I live in Iran and due to sanctions I could not get a Microsoft account directly. A few months ago I bought a Game Pass Ultimate account from an intermediary site, which unfortunately got banned after using it on my console. Apparently, the problem was with the site and the site was illegal and I did it unknowingly. Considering Iran's economic conditions, I cannot afford to buy a new console, I desperately request you to unbanned my console if possible. Please help me and I promise not to make such a mistake again

Buying accounts in and of itself is against the rules.

The only people who deal with bans/suspensions are the enforcement team and the only way to contact them is via the case review process.

However console bans are not eligible for a case review and as such there is no way to have them reversed.
