    So my Bluetooth headset is not putting out any sound on my Xbox despite all of the audio outputs being correct and the connection between the headset and the Bluetooth dongle being connected and it is a not a wired capable headset but I have a wired capable headset that always works just fine when plugged in I don’t know what to do I tried a console reset re adjusting all my audio settings to the proper outputs and powering off and on the headset any tips? Also it is not an Xbox wireless headset it is a rig pro hx 600 but is Xbox compatible

    I came across a few other posts mentioning the same issue with this headset, so you're definitely not the only one running into it. Check out this reply from Lee L, which includes some helpful suggestions:

    Like they mentioned, it’s also a good idea to contact the manufacturer’s support directly since this might be a broader issue with the headset itself.

    it wont work via bluetooth as the controller does not pass audio vie bluetooth.

    wired then it technically should pic the headset up as a usb audio device. i normally use either a turtlebeach 3.5mm headset or my mobile phone headset.

    not sure why it wont work over usb though.

    If the headset is only a Bluetooth headset, then it cannot be connected to the Xbox, as the console does not support Bluetooth. However, you can connect a wired headset to the controller via 3.5 mm audio jack. If the headset can be connected that way, then you will have to connect via the wire.

    You could connect your headset to the TV Bluetooth and use it while gaming, it works.

    Just output the audio, on the TV Settings to your Bluetooth headset.
