Why message can’t send ??

I’m having a problem with my messages txting my friends ..on Xbox . Every time I do that it’s said .. message fail to send .. how many messages I can sent . Seems there a limit to send

Hello Ana, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I do believe that Xbox has set a limit to the number of messages that you can send on console to help prevent spam. If you've reached this limit then you would be temporarily blocked from sending more for 24 hours.

Hey Izzy,

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't done so already, I want you to try
removing and re-adding your account by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account
> Remove accounts.
Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
When you're finished, select Close.

This should sync up your account. More technical troubleshooting may be needed, at which point your best bet would be to contact an account specialist at
Xbox Support.

Hey there, you will need to update your
billing and security info before you will be able to send messages. Once you have done this try again and let us know if you are still unable to do so.
