why it wouldn't sign in?

Well, it's not a username or password problem, but when I try to sign in it says ''oops, something went wrong, whatever happened, it was probably our fault. please try again.'' I have tried so many times that I can't count how many times I tried. the problem has been there for a week now, and I tried changing the password and it did not work like always. If I tried to sign in on the website it well let me sign in, but for some reason it won't let me sign in in the laptop. if you can help me, I will appreciate it and thank you.

Just to confirm, you're trying to sign in to the Xbox app on your laptop? What Windows version do you use?

You would have to try contacting Target about it then. If you paid full price and didn't sign up for a credit line, you didn't sign up for All Access which is why it wouldn't be on the console.

So after an hour on the phone finally figured why my wouldn't work. I now have to sign out then sign back in. My mic issue go away. Never had to do this before? Software bug in auto sign in feature? ?

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4? i tried those with no luck. i don't get why it worked initially but after signing off, then back on a couple of hours later it wouldn't work. What would cause that?

If you change your password, it should ask him to enter the password before he could sign into your account. Since he won't know the password, he wouldn't be able to sign in. Otherwise, the only way to remove it is to physically remove it on their console. This is why it's against the rules to share account information with other people and why you should always sign out of your account after using someone else's console.
