Why it so my picture

There are some possible causes, such as a problem with the image cable (hdmi) or with the xbox integrated card, try changing the cable, if this does not solve it, you will need an analysis by a technician, unfortunately, Microsoft no longer repairs these models for some years.

Hi Kenjum, I have had this happen too and I didn't really have any clue as to why that was intially. However mine was because I chose a different picture for my personal picture than what my gamertag picture was so Xbox was sending the emails with my gamertag
photo vs the one I could see on my profile. Perhaps this is the same issue you are having? Personal pictures is what you and any friends will see, whereas the gamertag picture is what everyone else sees.

That store would be for the pc version & pc's aren't as restricted as consoles/console services so that would be my guess as to why you are seeing that with FH5.

The pictures are the same as it's the same game.No point in making different pictures for the same game.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, why my personal picture doesn't change when I change my gamer picture. I read somewhere that your personal picture was visible to yourself and friends only and your gamer picture was what showed up to all others (obviously
if they are the same picture, everybody sees the same thing). My dilemma is that when I go to change my gamer picture, I have to then repeat it for my personal picture (right below the gamer picture option on your profile in dashboard). For most people, changing
your gamer picture automatically changes your personal picture, but not for me... and I'd like to know how to fix that.

Hi Erik !

It might take a little while for your custom picture to appear while we verify it’s OK.
(If it’s not, it’ll be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

The times I've personally changed my gamerpic to a custom one, it has taken me around 24-48 hours before.
