    Thanks, your phone is up to date?

    If yes, may I know if you tried reinstalling the Minecraft app?

    If yes and if the issue persist what about:

    A. Clearing cache and data for your default web browser
    B. Sign in with your account first on the web browser and then on Minecraft
    C. If you don’t mind, what about factory resetting the phone?
    **if you want to try C. Make sure to backup your data
