Why isn't Xbox releasing series controller with normal dimensions?

I don't get it, the xbox 360 and one controller were perfect for adult hands but now they have released a smaller version, alienating a large chuck of the fan base who are uncomfortable with the grips, why not just release a series controller with xbox one controller dimensions and build and make the current one for 8 year olds and female gamers. Why insist on just being anti consumer for the sake of it?

both the xbox 360 and xbox one controllers fit comfortably on hand , fix this xbox , many many people are complaining about this , what more of an incentive do you want now.

With the new Xbox remote being the only change in my daily routine it’s been identified as the root cause. Doctor said that even an imperceivable difference in the grip/layout can lead to damage with extended use. 4-6 weeks of no gaming was recommended to heal. Will need to go back to Xbox one remotes to prevent future damage... I hope Microsoft intends to provide a new option in the future. It certainly appears that they decided to cut costs and not adequately test the new design."

I would have no idea how to apply another shell but if they are virtually the same then by all means change it back, the problem is with the smaller grips not anything else. So please send my request to Microsoft on providing Xbox one or 360 grip size and shaped grips cause many many users are complaining on it, many are using rubber grips in order to compensate for the created space when you hold a series controller.

Only Xbox has done this btw, not dual sense not Nintendo pro controller or king Kong pro 2 like no one, only you Xbox randomly decided that you want to alter designs for a bunch of 8 year olds and unknownly women as well, however stop alienating the rest of us.

well i am close to 50 and i can say i use the series controller on pc and never have issues, my hands are not petite either. the xbox 360 controller to me now is just horrible to use and play with.

that's very interesting cause i have no problems with the the xbox 360 controller thst i'm using for pc, it seems grips are the issue. I don't care for the duke or third party by all means refund my games if you are going to provide such service, i have normal hands not 14 year old hands, i once used a ps2 controller in the ps2 era so i should know. By all means request to fix this grip issue with the series controller as it actually causes discomfort when the xbox 360 and xbox one controllers did not. This isn't freak issue with a few numbered, lot's of normal adults are having issue with a controller designed to accommodate for 8 years, on what God given Earth did xbox not think this won't cause problems.

The Xbox one controller, that has been standard for a decade, is larger than the 360. They are for all intents and purposes the identical dimensions they have always been

There is an Xbox One version of the 360 controller as well as the Duke if you find those preferable. You should ask for wireless versions if that is your desire

they are virtually the same, i even custom fit my old xbox one day one 2013 shell to the new series controller with the hole for the share button machined out, there is about 1 to 2 mm difference.
