Why isnt watch dogs 1 working when its on games with gold?

Hello Mashū, If you have your Live Gold subscription active, try checking to see if your account is primary on your console, and try a cleanup if cache d'or on your console.

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

If after this scan you still can't install the game, try resetting your console while keeping games and Apps.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

If you got the game when it was on Games with Gold, then you will need to have an active Gold Subscription to play it. Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S Games with Gold are only playable with the gold subscription. If you do have an active Gold Subscription, then try the steps that Georges C. mentioned.

You should have bought Watch Dogs a few days ago as it was only $35 on Amazon. If price is an issue go with Dead Rising. If it isnt an issue get Watch Dogs.
