Why isn't the network on my Brand New Xbox Series S working?

So I bought a brand new Xbox Series S from Microsoft directly during Black-Friday. I got the device and started setting it up. I turned it on and tried to select a wifi. Only to be shown no wifi networks. I know there are some networks near me, my phone picks up like 40 (hyperbole). At the time I didn't think much of it and just did the setup through the xbox app which worked. Then I got to the home screen, to be greeted again by no networks. So I thought Ok, something is going on. Now I have ethernet, so I plugged it in via ethernet, and it worked. Funny thing is while troubleshooting, I would go into the wifi settings and it would show no networks, but it would say its connected via ipv4, but service info, and nat type was unavailable. I waited a week or so to see if an update would come out, maybe it was a software error, nothing did. I had ethernet though. It was under warranty, so rather fixing it myself, I sent it to microsoft to have it fixed. Mind you I had to pay 10$ and find my own packaging. Now yes, I factory reset, reset MAC address, power cycled xbox and routers, all the garbage half a** solutions the support agents automatically recommend anytime anything goes wrong. So I mailed it to microsoft, had to wait 2 WEEKS, then I got it back. I was finally able to return to xbox... Or so I thought. I plugged in the xbox and the Network Problem STILL wasn't fixed. In addition there were new scratches and scuffs on the xbox. So I called microsoft and had some "nice words". Then they had the nerve to ask me to send it back AGAIN, for another 10$ and my own packaging. I said screw that and just decided "I have ethernet, when I travel I'll just bring an internet extender". That worked for awhile. Then today. I turned on my xbox to find that while there are still no wifi networks found, now the ethernet isn't working either. The wifi issue was annoying, but this basically bricks this device. I once again tried all the "tech support solutions" out there. And I'm decently knowledgeable in the networking department, but this is just pissing me off, since they assembled it wrong from the factory (I'm assuming), and when trying to fix it, just scraped it up and sent it back. What should I do. I'm getting to the point to demand some money for my troubles, any solutions, or work arounds. P.S. the worst part is, even though I know how to fix it and it would void the warranty. The network card is sold out as far as the eye can see.

MS mailed a broken xbox, made me pay to ship it back, then sent it back broken.

I need this issue fixed asap a bought a brand new Xbox one series s from Microsoft there should be no reason why it’s not working

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)

I am having the same issues on my Xbox Series S. Brand new install restarted router, modem, and counsel several times. Nothing worked. Not sure why I should have to buy the game to play the free version?
