Why isn’t the let’s go button working on website

It seems this is being a trend now, though up till now I am not seeing any Xbox live status from the Xbox page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status yet but I am seeing fellow gamers posting in community forums as well and via reddit page https://www.reddit.com/r/xbox/comments/14weai1/...

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). For the meantime, I suggest you try giving it more time or you can try creating here on this page https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag in case you are still having problem on the page.

Try to go to https://account.microsoft.com page first. Once you are signed in go to https://account.xbox.com/profile page next to see if it will allow you to create one.

I hope this works somehow. But if not, I suggest to try contacting the Xbox support team here https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us to see if there are others who reported it to Xbox directly as there are really no updates yet from the Xbox live service status page and we don't have means here to check if it is a wide issue now as we are just fellow members.

On the page, click on "Contact us" > Subscriptions & billing > I can't redeem a code > Type in "Support" then there you should see option to message or request a callback from the Xbox team. The option I provided here is diferent, this is just a way to easily find the option to reach the Xbox support.

this isn’t working?

it only lets me buy it as a gift/wishlist it and has a “choose edition” button that has this dlc and the deluxe version of the game

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you please confirm if you are doing this on Xbox website through mobile or PC? If possible, please try to use a different connection like data/hotspot and a different browser, and see if the same issue will persist with the button not working correctly.
