Why isnt project diva, sekai and mirai not on xbox?

The most likely answer is that the Music licenses are very expensive and virtual idol games don't sell in the west in sufficient number is to justify it

You'll have to ask Sega. They are the one's publishing them. They aren't PlayStation exclusive's per-say as they are also on PC.
