Why isn't my xbox live capture storage full?

Please check the following:

1. Make sure game clip sharing is set to "Allow" in the Online status & history tab of your
   Xbox Live Privacy settings under Account in your Xbox One's settings.
2. If you're saving captures to an external hard drive, make sure it isn't full.
3. If you're saving captures on Xbox Live, make sure there's room in your cloud storage.
4. The game you're attempting to record has captures disabled. Please try another.

What i am talking about is when i want to upload a clip to xbox live for my friends to view but it tells me my storage is full and i have to delete captures not sure what is uncleat about that 🤷��‍♂️

delete some captures, it may be that your storage is full

And also, my storage isn't full, and there Is no problems with storage.

I am confused to if you are trying to upload captures from your xbox to xbox live, or download captures from xbox live to your xbox.

I believe there is a limit as to how much you can upload, so if trying to upload maybe look at deleting some old clips you probably have some that you are done with I know I do.

If your trying to dowload captures from xbox live to your xbox, check how much available storage your xbox has, if you also have external storage connected check to see if you are downloading to the external storage or your internal
storage, (you want which ever is not already full)

You could also attempt stopping and restarting your upload or download
