I just want to clarify the error on syncing your saved data occurs on both Windows PC and Xbox console devices, is that correct?

If yes, this may be a network modem issue, kindly reboot your network hardware:

Unplug the router and modem. Wait at least 30 seconds. Plug in the modem and turn it on.

Wait at least 60 seconds and then plug in the router. Press the power button to turn it on, if needed.

Wait at least 2 minutes before testing or using the devices.

This error "your console is taking a long time to sync" occurs when you’re playing on one Xbox console after having played on a different console that hasn’t finished synchronizing your saves to the cloud. You have two options:

Select Sync last saved data to stop the other console’s upload and instead sync the data on the console you’re currently using. You may lose unsynchronized data from the other console.

Select Keep Waiting and resolve the sync problem with the other console. This usually means signing in to your profile on that console and letting it complete the upload.

Try to clear your alternate Mac address on your console:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings

Select Advanced Settings

Select Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear

restart your console

On your Windows PC:

Open task manager, go to the "details" section and there find "gamingserives.exe" process. End this task, then it should restart after a few seconds. After that open your game.
