Why isn’t my Xbox connecting to my tv?

I have a Roku onn tv. I’ve tried a different cable I tried a different tv . I’ve restarted the Xbox and tv nothing seems to work and I can they on my Xbox in order to go to any of the settings

• Is your console connected directly to one of the wall outlets?

• To clarify, is your screen showing a "No signal", "Input not supported", or a similar message?

• Have you already tried both of the following boot-up methods?

Display reset:

- If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

- Press and hold the console's power button until it shuts down.

- Press and hold the Power button and the EJECT button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

Correct, the TV is giving me a “No Signal” message. And no, my Xbox isn’t turning off. In fact, I can connect a pair of headphones to my controller and hear the menu moving and everything.
