Why isn't my v-bucks on my account?

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Did you mean March 30th? I initially thought you said February 30th, but that date doesn't exist on the calendar.

To troubleshoot this, please click https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to check if the code appears in your order history and shows completed. If it does, try the following steps:

A. REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, remove to confirm.

4. Select Close.

B. POWER DRAIN

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

If it doesn't work, try checking your account again after 48 hours to see if it's there. You may also reach out to Epic Games support https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/ to further check on this.

Very confused on why I haven't recieved my 1K V-Bucks. I bought this only for the V-Bucks and I have not recieved it. I am very angry!

Unfortunately there isn't a way to transfer between accounts. I've wanted to do this as well to use my funds to purchase my kids V-Bucks.

In this case, something is really wrong here. I recommend you to ask a refund for both V-Bucks orders and talk to the Xbox support to see why both V-Bucks orders were not added to your account.

I also have the payment verification in my account, but no the v bucks....
