    Why isn't my Turtle beaches stealth 600 gen 2 USB wireless headset connecting to anything?


    I have the initial bootup audio from the headset and it connects to the USB because I can see the solid green light when my mic is unmuted and the breathing red light when it's muted. But it doesn't connect the rest of the way to whatever it's plugged into. I can't get any audio from my Xbox, or laptop through it. It was working perfectly fine yesterday but now nothing.

    The stealth 700 is the one with bluetooth.

    Thank you for your response.

    My headset is not wired. Here is the wireless product.

    As mentioned, when you put the USB in the Xbox, it thinks it is a controller which then blocks my wireless controller from working.

    Please advise.
