    Why isn’t my tenure badge showing?


    I didn’t pay for a gold or ultimate subscription for 2 months, now i’ve resubscribed for the last 4 days and my badge isn’t showing. It’s a 6 year badge, anyone know how to make it show up again?

    Hello, The Badge will only show up on your account when you have a Constant billing cycle of your subscription. If you miss payment on 1 month it will reset the number on the badge and it will show up next year on the same day you subscribed to the subscription.

    It can take time for it to show up again if it does. Typically after 1 billing cycle which is 1 month.

    The tenure badge only shows if you have an active gold or gamepass ultimate subscription.

    If you've renewed your gold again after not having it for a bit your tenure should reappear but it sometimes takes a while.The tenure badge can be a bit slow to update sometimes.

    Tenure (the one on the left) is only shown when you have an active Game Pass Core (formerly Gold) or Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you haven't had a subscription, you wouldn't show the tenure. If you just restarted a subscription, it can take some time to show back up.

    Not much is known about the Gold badge. That was given to commemorate the ending of Gold. It's thought that anyone who had Gold at that time would have been given the badge. So if you didn't have Gold at that time it could be why you don't have it. There are also still people waiting to see if the badge will be added to their account.
