Why isn't my roblox working can u update it or give me a solution to the problem?

• Is the issue we have presented to only this game? Were you able to check other games from your end?
  
• Were you able to play this game fine in the past?
  
• Since, when was this issue start?
  
• Can you confirm to us the make and model of the device you are using to play this game?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you perform some troubleshooting steps that may help:



1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to support online gaming.



2. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues with loading web pages. To do this, go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies.



3. Check for updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of Roblox installed on your device.

To fix Roblox freezing issues on your PC, you can try the following solutions:



Update your graphics drivers: You can update your graphics drivers manually by visiting the manufacturer’s website and downloading the latest version for your device. Alternatively, you can use a driver updater tool to automatically scan and update your drivers.

Close all the unwanted applications: You can close any apps running in the background that are not essential for your gameplay. This will free up some system resources and improve your performance.



Disable your antivirus software: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with Roblox and cause it to freeze or crash. You can temporarily disable your antivirus software or add Roblox to its whitelist or exception list.

Disclaimer: Follow these steps to temporarily turn off real-time Microsoft Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn on it immediately once issue fixed.

Change your graphics quality: You can reduce the graphics quality of Roblox to make it run faster and smoother on your PC. To do this, open Roblox settings, select Graphics Mode, set it to Manual, and drag the slider to the left.

Hi, thanks for your answer, when I said update I meant roblox update, not system update. Regarding the steps you told me, I didn't use Roblox as a browser because it didn't work that well for me, that's why I used Roblox from the microsoft store but Roblox from the browser works, not as expected but thanks I really appreciate it
