Why isn't my redeemed money I purchased showing up on my Xbox profile

If you’re able to see the money in your account, try this on your Xbox:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

Why did the money end up on the US region??! I redeemed it to my xbox 360 profile that is in SA .. why did they create a profile in US and put the money there?? so basically I wasted $50 on nothing? should I contact someone?? maybe support ?.... this is
outrageous

Yes, however the game isn't showing up in my account except for under the purchase history. I have checked both accounts I have and it is on neither of them. It shows under my purchase history, but not under my owned / redeemed games. This is very very
frustrating.

I am attempting to make the purchase on my Xbox 360 Elite Console. And the option to use my Microsoft Account isn't even showing up, it acts as if I have $0 in it when I spent $40 on it.

I paid $40 to be able to make Purchases on Xbox Live. But due to an error in Microsoft's System I can't even use this money that I purchased with my money to buy something that they'll make profit from. I still don't understand why they can't just register
the currency that I've paid for already.
