Why isn’t my redeemed minecraft skin not coming up in my mine craft account

I see you are having issues locating your redeemed Minecraft code. I understand how frustrating this can be, let me assist you with this. First, could you check your purchase history over at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and confirm the item is marked as successfully redeemed?

Once confirmed, please sign out and sign back in on your account on the device you are playing Minecraft, as this can help sync your account's item inventory. For the Fry Helmet, make sure you are looking for it in the Character Creator, as that specific item is a headwear piece. Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, go to Dressing Room > Character Creator > Style > Headwear.

That doesn’t work. It says this email already has an account. When I sign into my Xbox account with that email it comes up with another gamertag that isn’t mine that I’ve never used

(mod edit) is hacking my account and he Is greefing my world on mine craft and hacking on my friends list and deranking my mw3 account and I was a level 50 and he made me a level 23 and I am tired of is and on mInecraft he is hacking on

Go into the hard drive and delete the title update under mine craft. Then clear the cache and then try loading mine craft. If that doesn't work then back up all minecraft saves on USB. Remove USB. Delete all mine craft data. Clear cache. Redownload minecraft.
If it works after that then try loading your games back onto the console. If the freeze continues your game saves may be corrupted.
