    Why isn't my redeem a code loading?


    Hi, I got a lot of Xbox codes for Christmas and I clicked 'redeem a code' and it was doing the green circle thing for 2 minutes, until it said this 'Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help.' I waited for 2 days and it still doesn't work.
    Here is the error code: 74NIs/nNj0WPq3IW.184

    Could someone tell me what to do, or what is happening. Thank you

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    I redeem my code from wolfenstein on day one. Maybe thats why I got into the alpha.

    I don't have an Xbox 360, that's why backwards compatibility exist, isn't it? I tried switching the region of my Microsoft account (is it the only way?) several times now, no change in error code when redeeming.
