Why isn't my money refunding to my account?

Michelle, refunds usually take from 3 - 5 business days ( or more depending on your bank institution ) to go back to your payment method, but last week there was a little delay in refund processes, as was warned on the Xbox website, so that is probably why it is taking a little longer.

I found the reason why i lost 6,99€ from my account

The xbox live gold membership take automatically money from my account

And why it doesnt show up at the "recent purchases"

And now i want refund

And if you refund your xbox live gold memebership do you get your money back?

my issue is that the option to refund a request isn't there in the first place.

after i clicked cancel on the game I'm wanting to refund, it isn't in my order history anymore but i still paid for it and haven't got the money back
