Why isn't my minecraft realms saying it is expired when it charged my card three days prior?

Hey, it still isn't working. It doesn't say I have any subscriptions and I have nothing to update. I have paid for the renewal but the realm will not renew itself.

Once verified that it's showing active on your account kindly restart the game by closing Minecraft completely and restart it. Sometimes, the game needs to refresh its connection to the server.

Make sure that both Minecraft and your device are running the latest updates. Outdated versions can sometimes cause subscription issues.

I redeemed this perk this morning and it doesn't work at all. If I try to go to realms in-game, using java edition as instructed, it just brings up a screen with a link to try a free trial, or a link to buy a realm. When I go to my microsoft account to look at my subscriptions it lists me having a minecraft realm for the next three months.

I'm about ready to cancel my subscription right now. Don't want to be charged when it rolls around for nothing. If it says I have a realm then why don't I have a realm in the game?

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.
