    Why isn’t my marketplace pass working?


    I am on PS5 and linked my Microsoft account from Minecraft. I decided to purchase the subscription for the marketplace pass and it said it was successfully purchased. I restarted the game and my system after it still saying I need to purchase it and nothing. I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged so I should have the pass but after restarting again, it is still saying I have not purchased it but the money has still been taken out of my bank account.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that to access the cloud gaming feature you need to have an active Xbox game pass ultimate, it can't be shared.

    In regards to playing Xbox game pass games, you can do so as long as his account is set as Home Xbox. Please perform a power cycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    This may mean that the subscription is not successfully paid. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed".

    Please check the subscription as well if it's active via https://account.microsoft.com/services.
