Why isn't my gta shark money in my maze bank account?

We must ensure that the in-game currencies are successfully purchased under the correct account. Please follow the steps below and check if you can see the transactions stated as "completed":

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that still didn't work, you may need to reach out to Rockstar Support to have them check the transactions.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

Rockstar Support said they don't accept refunds for shark cards 😔

So I don't think I could get my money back

This doesnt work. I have tried this 4 times and the money is not in my GTA Maze bank account. I entered the megdalon card code into my xbox account and it shows it accepted it and is valid. How can I get it to show in my GTA acct
