Why isn't my fallout 3 redeem code working? Won't allow me to download just says ...

I purchased fallout 4 in December and was looking forward to playing fallout 3 after I'd completed FO4. I entered my code that came in the box only to then find out there is a cut off date even though it doesn't state it anywhere. I find this very unfair
as this is what swayed me into buying the game in the first place having not played any of the previous games. How can I get my copy of fallout 3 that was promised with my purchase? Please help??

trouble redeeming GoW3 gamercode - XB1 Gears of War bundle

I try to redeem the Gears of War 3 code, keeps telling me it's expired. I also tried through the store and it says "bundle only", and won't allow a download. Please help?

Fallout 3

I bought the Fallout 4 bundle package on 11/13/15 and after playing the game went looking for the redeem code for Fallout 3. The only message in my xbox console inbox is something that when I click on it says that this is a system account and there is no
code anywhere. So nonetheless, I need the code for Fallout 3 which says is included in the bundle package. Thank you!

You don't download via the xbox one stoee you have to redem the code on the 360 website and then it will appear in your ready to install page

I did redeem online but nothing appeared on my install page. I will check again tonight and see. Thanks for the reply

I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
anywhere on my console...

I just got my copy of fallout 4 and every time I try to redeem my fallout 3 code it just says something went wrong. Which is a real shame because the bonus fallout 3 is what tempted me to buy new it.

You cant download fallout 3 now (free) you should have redeemed the code before it expired. There's isn't anything that can happen now

The Fallout 3 code that I just received today is also not working. When I hit the Redeem Code button in the Xbox 1 message I get the same message " this code has already been used". There is NO possible way that I could have already used it. Even if
I did, I would be able to download the game again, wouldn't I? On my XboX1 I've checked all of the games that are available for me to download and Fallout 3 is nowhere to be found.

How can I fix this? I've been to the Fallout 3 Xbox.com marketplace site and it says " Already purchased" So I hit the "Download to Xbox 360" button, but nothing happens and the game never shows up anywhere.

Is there a support number I should call?
