Why isn't my F1 23 purchase that I made on Xbox showing up in EA website?

EA have probably requested xbox block F1 23 from being streamed, those that you can see streaming are probably on pc.

May I know if your wheel doesn't work only with this game?

If that's correct, it seems your current wheel is not supported by F1 2023 according to this list:

By the way, as we made further research on how to adjust the settings for forced feedback steering wheel on FI-23, here is how:

• Click on Options.
  
• Choose Settings.
  
• Click on the Controls, Vibration & Force Feedback tile.
  
• Click on the tile for your input type (keyboard or controller).
  
• Click Edit.
  
• Choose Calibration or Vibration & Force Feedback.
  
• Adjust the settings to your liking.
