    Why isn’t my digital game installing to my Xbox?


    I put in the 25 character code on my iphone and went to my Xbox to see if the game had started installing and i can’t find it at all.

    The game is fully updated and I’m now also noticing that Witch Hunt dlc isn’t installed either which says the same thing, that it should also be installed automatically, but it most certainly isn’t on my console.

    So on my xbox 360 i have Minecraft digitally downloaded. I just bought the minecraft bundle xbox one s and i entered the code for the full game and it says i already have it. I downloaded it but the file size was 313 MG. For minecraft i feel that
    isn’t the full size. Did i somehow get it from my xbox 360 or is this a demo?? I’m very confused. To be honest this is why i prefer disc form of games vs digital.

    Can't play games from family group even though I could recently.

    Digital games are not shared between accounts through a Family group. The owner of the game can share the digital license to other accounts on the same Xbox through the home Xbox feature.

    If the game owner chooses a specific Xbox as their home Xbox, anyone who uses that Xbox may use installed games and apps, even when the person who installed them isn’t signed in. For more info, see How

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    • Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    • Unplug your external hard drive.

    • Unplug your power supply unit from both the console and the outlet for 5 minutes.

    • Turn your console on but leave the external hard drive unplugged.

    • Try running the updates again.

    Please let me know if this works.
