Why isn’t my controller here yet?

It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive your controller after placing the order. However, if it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order and it still says “processing,” you can check your order status by visiting the Xbox Design Lab: My orders page. https://support.xbox.com/help/xbox-design-lab

Make sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account that you used to place your order. You should receive an email with the tracking number when your controller has been shipped.

I have been checking the status of my order the entire time and it hasn’t changed from processing. When I go to the contact us page there is no way to actually speak to a human being. No phone number, when you try to do a chat the option doesn’t come up.

Appreciate your advice however I feel I’m at a loss unfortunately

my internet isn’t up yet so that’s why I can’t use internet

As checked from the cloud gaming game’s list here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play the game isn’t on the list yet. That’s why you cannot access the game yet on Cloud. You may instead install the game to play it.
