In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum. If there is a specific offer you're looking for credits from, you'll want to post that as well. Keep in mind if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates
are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits for purchases made in April.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox custom profile picture. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

According to the official Xbox website:

> To upload a custom image, connect a USB device with the JPG or PNG image you want to use.

> Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts.

> Your image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels.

> It might take a little while for your custom image to appear while Microsoft verifies that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamer pic or avatar you were using.)

> Custom gamerpics are subject to the Xbox Community Standards. Images that violate the standards can result in enforcement action by the Xbox Safety team.

Upon uploading your custom gamer picture, you will need to wait at least 48 - 72 hours for the Xbox Safety team to approve your request. If it doesn't show up after 72 hours, this can only mean that the gamer picture is not approved by the Xbox Safety team.

It is also possible that the system has detected that your account is a child account.

Note: A child account is registered on the birthdate 21 years old and below upon the account's first creation while an adult account is registered on the birthdate 22 years old and older.

So I've been looking at some forum threads as well and I've seen some people say that their custom profile picture was uploaded almost immediately so I thought there was something not right on my end. Anyways after checking this morning my profile picture was successfully uploaded.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since the only things you have done on your account is the first time purchase offer (1250 Credits) and a Survey, you only have 1500 lifetime Credits. These Credits are no longer pending since they were recently deposited in the March 29th deposit.
