Why isnt gta five m on xbox

Okay this one is kinda simple on pc theres a thing called five m servers which people can buy servers to make kinda like how you do with nitrado for ark you can put it as a extension for 20 dollars everyone would want to get there hands on it would give you millions as gta is very popular and people love five m very simple very reasonable and takes maybe a hour to add it to the store at most you already have gta so five m servers would cost you nothing just to add to console all it would take is adding it to the extensions making the game more played and lovable and if you dont know what five m servers are essentially its GTA roleplay but you can do actions like hands up sit down exc you can get jobs rob people become a police officer or a banker or you could be a crook and rob people steal cars proximity chat I would really look into it I have made another post that I think would make you guys money if you just implemented it if you add this people would be talking about it for months and you could even cross platform it with pc as other games can do that and it's just linked with a server like you can join pc ark servers so it's not that far out of reach
