Why isnt gta 5 popping up in the app store?

I uninstalled and reinstalled gta online and 5 to 10 minutes after I started playing gta online the same alert popped up and kicked me out.

So if games are rated for profanity why does Xbox allow gta 5 and games with profanity and other contents in them that are included in the xbox community standards could cause issues for them?? Gta isnt rated E for everyone its rated M for mature and if im correct on this M stands for 18+meaning not everyone??

Is this why it won't pop up in the live store?

I'm trying to redownload from microsoft store to see if that makes a difference
