    Why isn't cloud gaming working on mobile data?


    I have an android and an xbox series X. I'm trying to launch remote play and before I can even select a game it says it found my console but can't connect. It suggests to connect via my home wifi network... obviously that works but I'm not home. Why would I need remote play if I was home? I've tried all the mobile network settings, updating my phone, closing out of the app, and nothing is working. My speed is 11 and 12 up/download speed. What is wrong?

    Hi TylerRansom1. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    This issue can happen if your router blocks external Remote Play connections. Please ensure the ports for Xbox Network are open in your router settings. These ports must be open to connect to the Xbox network:

    Port 88 (UDP)
    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 80 (TCP)
    Port 500 (UDP)
    Port 3544 (UDP)
    Port 4500 (UDP)

    You'll also need your Xbox Series X's IP:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
    Select Advanced settings. Your console's IP address will be listed on the screen.

    For help with opening ports, contact your internet provider.

    note cell phone providers may limit network speeds if the network is busy and or there may be Latency Delays and or speed issues have you tried talking to your cell phone provider to see if what they are able to help you with the issue ?

    If I may ask, what happened exactly when you tried to access your games on cloud gaming? Any error code or error message?

    To confirm, are you using the Xbox Game Pass app? How about you try to access cloud gaming via Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser by going to Xbox.com/play?

    Please also confirm if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription via https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    I uninstalled the game and the icon appeared again, except now it just shows the cloud gaming loading screen and never loads.
