Why is Xbox Tekken 7 so disappointing?

Hi Xbox,

I only bought the Xbox to mainly play Tekken 7 online and build my rank like what I have done on ps4.

As of lately, my experience has been so negative that I decided to refund this game despite having it free on the game pass?

I have the fastest internet you can get in my town.

I would be sometimes waiting for ages; hosting disconnection, host leaving game when losing, etc? The host are now being cunning by using a non-ranked player despite having a higher fighting stats which is stating the obvious but using a lower quality rank
player? So what is the point of not improving your rank? Or do all the host work for Xbox? This only prolong the ranking system which is just a waste of my time??

The goal is to reach Tekken GOD Prime, and compete with other tekken players on the same rank, however, if you have a rigged system not allowing us to improve rank faster then might as well shut down Tekken 7 itself because you're not allowing fair game
for those like myself aiming to get there?

I don't think I've ever made a refund in my life but this game was definitely a refund because of the poor online gaming experience?

Why isn't Tekken 7 not cross platform already? This game is so popular world wide.

Now I am forced to install other games which I don't have any serious interest in e.g. warzone.

Questions:

1. Do all host work for Xbox?

2. When will Tekken 7 go cross platform

About your questions:

This game will properly never become cross play. Microsoft have opened every door needed for that but in the end the developer of the game decides if he want the game to be cross play. So Microsoft is not to blame here. I think the publisher is Namco Bandai.
They also have forums you can post in and it is more likely you get across someone that will notice your feedback.

About your problems being disconnected i can only advice to make a NAT-Type Test on Xbox under settings -> network and after that adjusting your ports for the Xbox Live service:

This helps out with a lot of games. When it comes to configure your router, unfortunately we are not able to assist you. but you will be able to find the needed documents when google your router model.

Is that how Xbox selected you as a ambassodor/moderator so you can just ridicule and make yourself feel better?

Is that the standard of a moderator these days under xbox/microsoft?
