What rule is broken here that deems a suspension? Like Xbox is toxic if anything. This is actually ridiculous and crazy. I get in trouble because I'm helping a community of Players in the new game "Final Fantasy Crsis core" this doesn't even break any rules. not even the no spoiling rule as I'm not spoiling story. I'm helping players get a item they can miss permanently.

Its likely because your looking for group post isnt actually looking for anyone to play with.

For looking for group posts anything other than looking for people/groups to play with isn't allowed.

Unfortunately in cases like this not even Xbox support can help you and not all types of suspensions or bans are available for an appeal.

I’ve done all that and of course since the person didn’t say exactly “I’m gonna rape you” xbox doesn’t give a ****, since bots review reports, if a real person looked at reports I’m pretty sure the accused would also get banned, it just doesn’t help that the “ambassadors” give out bot **** responses too, I just wish a real person would respond, but instead I get a bot that copies and pastes the same information that you get in the email another automated bot sends out after you get banned. **** corporations.

I'm sorry for this and that's why there is a dedicated team that handles enforcement action that way they can review thoroughly and I really do apologize, I would highly recommend reporting them again and if needed you can also block them.
