why is xbox so dumb when it comes to suspensions!!!

Suspensions are issued after a reported incident is investigated. Some reported incident investigations are short, some take time. While the investigation is taking place a user is still able to use their account.

How do you know the users you reported aren't part of a larger investigation? You will not know as the Enforcement Team will not share that information with users. The most a user may get is a 'Thank you for your report' message.

Just something to keep in mind.

I would just recommend you wait till the suspension has ended

xbox act on code of conduct and xbox violations so their is normally a good reason for why they suspend a user.

Yes. Yes they are dumb enough to do that.

They tried to force kinect on everyone when far more gamers had no interest in it what so ever.

Plus, I think it will just give them an excuse as to why their new console is priced so high when it comes out.
