    Why is XBOX saying "Queued 99%"


    I recently redownloaded Sea of Thieves on to my PC and it downloaded fully, then it said I had to update it for a 4.2MB update. I tried to update it and it says 4.2/4.2MB and Queued 99%. I have tried cancelling the download and it wont let me. I have tried deleting it from my computer but I can't because I need System permission. I have repaired and reset the XBOX app and done the same with the Microsoft store. Other games are working fine, its just Sea of Thieves thats not working. Are there any fixes?

    Solution 2: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

    1. Open Settings.

    2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

    3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.

    4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

    5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.

    Solution 3: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

    Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

    In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    Saints Row Re-Elected/Gat out of Hell bundle (Australian)

    I just bought the bundle for Xbox One, and same issue. I can install the game completely offline, as soon as I go to play Re-Elected connected to the internet, it says a "2.0 kb" download is required. Then, after I clicked yes, it goes to the dashboard and
    begins downloading a 2.6 Gb file. But, then it gets stuck at 99% and keeps flipping between queued and instlalling. I've done this about four times, tried the power off on trick, everything in the book. Help, please?

    Everything keeps getting put back into the queue and I don't think anything is actually downloading.

    samthings happening to me with AC4 DLC. Its forever queued. I select resume installation and it resumes for a split second before going back to queued. After a while it even says installation stopped. When I resume that, goes back to queued. Help meh.

    I bought the Saints Row IV bundle, Gat out of Hell downloaded fine, but not Saints Row IV. It constantly switches between queued and downloading when at 99%, and keeps saying the file is either 2.6 GB or 12 GB. Someone on reddit said they had the exact same
    problem. I did the hard restart and tried the download and re-download about 5 times now. Any help would be appreciated.
