Why is Xbox / Microsoft customer support so bad?

Thanks for your message but I have been reporting this since Sunday 19/2/2023 and every possible way to contact them is a dead end. They are one of the world biggest & richest companies are you seriously telling me that they are too busy to reply.

They don't care about customers as they've already got our money, I guarantee that If I wanted to buy a service I would get through to somebody with ease.

Do you know where I can actually make a formal complaint and demand a refund due to their update ruining my ability to use my Xbox?
