    Why is Xbox incompetent?


    I’ve been banned and unbanned for the same thing about 6 times now I recently gave up and just said wtv I’ll take the 1 year ban but now I somehow got banned AGAIN while being already banned for the same damn thing so now I have 10/8 strikes like what is that I’ve tried calling support for help they hung up twice and I’ve gone through the case appeal system and nothing works someone please help with this because this is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced with Xbox

    Also did that. This is what I meant by that first line I said. When I appeal to it they unbann me but then like maybe 2 hours later boom banned again for the same message. And also if customer support just hangs up no words giving how am I supposed to know what to do with this
